Day : 02 North Mauritius Excursion - Undersea Walk

Proceed on a panoramic sightseeing tour of the French town of Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius, The Harbour, La Citadelle a stone fortress on top of a hill, offering a magnificent view of Port Louis and, to this day, guarding Mauritius - and the Natural History Museum, with its Mauritius' National Bird, the Dodo. Later, go window shopping at Port Louis Market, which is a riot of colour with literally everything on sale. Proceed on an exciting Undersea Walk next, for an intimate view of marine life, even if you don't know how to swim. Stroll through the lovely Pamplemousses Gardens, which boast of one of the largest collections of exotic plants in the world, including giant water lilies and the Talipot palm.

Proceed on a full day excursion to the picturesque Ile aux Cerfs. Get onto with a boat ride off its eastern coast; then, enjoy its white, palm-fringed sand stretches and aquamarine waters.

Day : 04 South Mauritius - Casela Bird Park

Enjoy a guided excursion to the south of the island. Visit the Floreal Shop Factory, Troux aux Cerfs (an extinct volcanic crater covered with greenery and a breathtaking view) and Grand Bassin (one of the island's two natural lakes and a place of pilgrimage for Mauritians of Hindu faith, snug in the crater of an extinct volcano). Enjoy a splendid view of the Black River Gorges (a natural sanctuary for the flora and fauna of the island), the fascinating dunes of Chamarel (the "seven coloured earth", in contrasting layers of blue, green, red and yellow earth tones on account of the weathering of volcanic rocks) and a visit to Casela Bird Park, home to some 142 species of birds.

Day : 05 Fly Back
