I connected to it, deeply. It was this man’s undeterred passion to experience life and his sincere efforts towards fulfilling his dreams! This struck a note mentally, is this not what my life is also about? This was exactly the thought t I wanted share on this web page!

Travel and tourism has been the True Calling in life. And the other, my country - India. I knew this from day one; I only waited for the right moment. Until now, I worked towards creating a pedestal for myself in the hotel industry which gave me immense opportunities, challenges and milestones that has made me a better skilled, better prepared and most importantly a better people person.

I strongly believe that it takes more than management skills, a network of tour alliances and an expert panel to be a leader in the travel and tourism trade. One has to be a passionate people person and a chronic backpacker at heart. So before Fulcrum was started - I began to learn, unlearn, refine and polish my people and travel skills, in my hotel career of 25 years. I worked for an industry that works for me now. My seeds of growth and work skills are deep rooted to the hotel industry of India. This explains why my company provides the fastest and best hotel /accommodation services at any destination for its clients.

More than a Managing Director, I prefer to be its people’s mentor – this lesson I learnt in my past experiences and training under some of the best humane people in the hotel industry. I prefer to work with people and not their budgets. Every client’s holiday plan is handled on a one to one personal level this is the ultimate protocol of Fulcrums’ services.

All this leads to my other true calling, India. My childhood memories are full of summer holiday trips turned family pilgrimage cum leisure tours with my parents, aunts, uncles and cousins, on those train journeys that gave us a quick glimpse of rural pleasantries of countless villages we passed by. The innumerable spiritual dips in holy rivers, temple tanks and sea, darshans and sevas, and my school annual excursions to the shore temples of Mamallapuram, thereafter many carefree trips to hill stations with the guys in college were all a part and parcel of my growing years. Nothing has changed ever since, my passion for exploring India’s spiritual, leisure, rural, heritage and wellness destinations are very deep seeded. I have since then travelled far and wide to all key and offbeat destinations in South India and some in the North. Perhaps this is why I have ensured that Fulcrum will offer only the best spiritual tours, rural tours, heritage tours, leisure tours and wellness tours of South India like nobody else.

I dedicate this web site to you and to all the other travellers who I am sure, are in many ways like us in Fulcrum – passionate voyagers deeply in love with India. And to all our wellwishers, patrons, business associates and media, who have supported and strengthened Fulcrum Tours and Travels for what it represents today – an innovative travel company in India that is in synch with the global travellers’ pursuit to explore India.
